Hi my name is Olivia Lucas originally from Melbourne now living in London. I have often been told I could write a book about my life, (I am sure we all could!!). Many a time I have chewed close friends’ ears off with scintillating detail of my love and life’s woes and peaks. There were a few… I am a better person for going through these experiences. Perhaps through sharing a little personal exploration with you, it will prove useful if not a little amusing.
Many of these posts will be based on true stories- names changed to protect identities. I must say it can be confronting looking back at the past. Taking it like a swag behind you and promptly plopping it on the table in letters and words. Words that are static…not reflecting the fluidity of my mind and life. It will be biased, I am sure of that. It is how I see it now. When it happened then. As my best friend Benson said, “looking back, it’s fictionalised to my own honest construction.” I couldn’t have said it better.
Not everything shown here will be specifically about sex, love or personal experiences. In many ways I also want this to be a place of random freedoms of thought. Sometimes just sharing with you where my imagination goes, if it goes anywhere. Whether imaginary or not, let it be whimsical, let it be flawed. At times it might be funny and others dark, beautiful or arousing. I am sure even a little eccentric and childlike rolled into one. Thank you for taking the time to read this. I’ve got a feeling that your day gets that little bit better for it ;-)
P.S. Why a picture of Helena Wayne a.k.a the (original) Huntress™? The resemblance is uncanny ;-) Ok, so seriously she is a heroine of mine. She comes from good stock, (the daughter of Bruce Wayne and Selina Kyle Wayne- Earth 2 Batman and the original Catwoman). A character often conflicted, showing vulnerability, impulsiveness, strength in love and of course all importantly crime fighting. The Huntress is high up on the scale of cool!!!
